Diego Chacon and Blake Naudin have been friends since high school. In college, they both worked supporting students with autism and discovered a passion for helping individuals who needed support to navigate the world.
That passion eventually led them both into home care, where they spent more than a decade growing their experience and ultimately serving as Managing Partners at one of the largest home care organizations on the West Coast.
In 2022, with a combined 21 years of industry experience and a shared belief that care could be done better, they founded Home Care Placement.
