Every caregiver we place is recruited locally, interviewed in person at our local office, and trained by our local team. This hands-on approach creates stronger relationships, closer oversight, and a more responsive experience for the families we serve.

That's why we've built one of the most rigorous hiring and screening processes in the industry. We don't simply hire whoever applies, we actively recruit, carefully evaluate, and thoroughly vet every caregiver before they're hired as an internal employee, and long before they ever meet a client.
Our process includes multiple rounds of interviews, written assessments, DOJ and FBI fingerprint live-scan background clearance, professional reference checks, and extensive in-person screening and training. We also review DMV records for caregivers who will provide transportation.
At the end of this process, we hire just 3% of all applicants, a standard that reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and trust.
